  • How can I start?
    It's easy! You just have to book the free trial session and we will meet to talk about your goals and I will check your Spanish level. If you prefer, you can also book lessons directly without having to take the trial session.
  • What is the trial session?
    The trial session is completely free and lasts approximately 30 minutes. During this time we will meet and see what needs and objectives you have.
  • What are my Spanish lesson like?
    Our lessons are interactive, engaging and with real-time feedback that is designed to accelerate your improvement. The duration of the classes are one hour. All courses are based on the interests, needs and objectives of each learner and have a very dynamic, practical and playful nature.
  • What methodology is used in the private lessons?
    Since everyone has a different approach to learning, we will talk about it from the beginning and tailor the classes and work with materials appropriate to your language level, interests and objectives. Being a private and tailor-made class, you'll be able to share your specific goals with me and I will adapt the lesson to fit your needs, incorporating your previous knowledge as a starting point. Recognizing the skills you already possess in your native language, and perhaps others as well, will help you in your comprehension of how the Spanish language works. My goal is that as you immerse yourself fully in the Spanish language, you'll understand how your language works in relation to Spanish, thereby avoiding common linguistic errors.
  • What methodology is used in the group lessons?
    In the group lessons we use an interactive and engaging teaching methodology. We have weekly interesting conversations about daily life, culture, business, travel, health, language nuances, etc.
  • What communication platform is used?
    We use Zoom which allows easy booking, scheduling and saving the reminder in your google calendar. If you need help setting up your free Zoom account, I can help you with that.
  • How much time is needed to improve the level of Spanish?
    It all depends on the context and the frequency in which Spanish is learned. The greater the contact and interaction with the Spanish language, the greater the learning. Do not forget that a very important factor is the motivation to learn Spanish. This will make you enjoy the lessons and learn at a faster pace. My purpose is that you feel motivated at all times.
  • How do I pay for the classes?
    Payment for the lessons can be made via credit card or Paypal. All lessons will be paid in advance. Lesson changes may be made, but refunds will not be issued.
  • How can I cancel or change a lesson?
    To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give 24 hours advance notice. This will allow me to restructure my work schedule in order to offer you the best service.
  • What happens if I'm late for class?
    It can happen to all of us. If possible, please notify me via email or WhatsApp in the event that you are running late. Once the class begins, the remaining time will be calculated at 60 minutes. That is, if you arrive 10 minutes late, 50 minutes of class will be taught.
  • What happens if I don't show up for lesson?
    Ideally, please let me know if you will not be able to attend class, even if it's only 1 hour before. In principle, if you have not notified 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be given.
  • Do class packages expire?
    Yes, the packages have a maximum duration, depending on the package that you purchased. 10 lessons are valid for 15 weeks. 20 lessons are valid for 30 weeks. 30 lessons are valid for 45 weeks.
